To make coffee taste great, vivid flavor. We need brewing techniques to collect the right combination of these million flavor cells. Vivid color and flavor are similar. Pink represents flower. Yellow is fruity. Orange is citrus. Red is sweet and chocolate. Brown is nutty. Violet refers to others special tasting notes created by green bean processing techniques such as double anaerobic, raisin and honey. Green, gray, dark brown are colors to avoid. They create unpleasant flavor such as too much of bitterness, soil & earthy, dry & harsh.
Genie Machine
To make vivid flavor, we need a different kind of machine. Genie is our special-designed brew machine, using cold infusion technology to collect the right combination of flavor. Unlike other cold brew equipment, Genie allows water to penetrate into grinded beans much faster than traditional immersion and cold drip method. Grinded bean consists of 30% of soluble flavor, plus 70% of fibers and other compounds. Genie infuses cold water into the bean, then rapidly squeezes out water with millions of preferred aromatic cells that make vivid flavor. This is done in Genie's unique-designed capsule, repeatedly until all preferred soluble flavor is diluted by the water. This whole process is done in minutes versus traditional immersion time of 12-24 hours.
